Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Products sold by Purity X Peptides are intended for laboratory and research purposes only. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on research materials once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@purityxpeptides.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, contact support@purityxpeptides.com as soon as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
