Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order is placed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Purity X Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at support@purityxpeptides.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Purity X Peptides is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
We may assist customers with carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@purityxpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our sole discretion.
